Friendly relaxation can be found here with a trip to our Health Club. Time spent in the hot tub, pool, steam room or sauna can relax you after a tough meeting or round of golf or game of tennis. We can also arrange spa treatments from ‘Pure Life Solutions’ an onsite spa where they will be happy to massage away your worries. Various treatments for your wellbeing are available so please ask for more details.

We do have memberships available to our health club where we can provide personal training to help you reach your goals. With an intimate gym where you can easily find all the usual CV and weights equipment its plain to see why our members and guests enjoy coming back to get healthier with the team at Cottesmore.

6:30am -9:30pm Mon-Fri
